I ordered a Hardcover Photobook and some Retro Style Prints. The ordering process was mostly straightforward, though the photo upload tool took a bit of getting used to for the book layout. Once I figured it out, it was fine. Delivery took exactly 6 days, and everything was well-packaged. One of the prints had a slight smudge, so I contacted support. They were quick to respond and arranged for a replacement print to be sent out, which arrived perfectly. The book quality itself is very nice, pages are thick and the cover feels sturdy.
